Bud Cheese Dip

What You Need:
- 1 can Budweiser
- 8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz gruyere, shredded
- 1 tblsp A.P. Flour
- 2 tblsp Worcestershire
- 1 tblsp Sriracha hot chili sauce
- 0.5 onion, medium diced
- 0.5 tblsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tblsp chilli powder
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 0.5 tblsp salt
- 0.5 tblsp pepper
Here is How You Do it:
- In a mixing bowl, mix the two cheeses together with the flour making sure that all three ingredients are fully incorporated
- In a medium sauce pot, heat on high and add olive oil until it starts to smoke
- Immediately add onions and sauté until light golden brown
- Season sautéed onions with garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper and stir until mixed
- Deglaze by adding beer, Worchester, and sriracha
- Bring to a boil and then add cheese/flour mix ¼ at a time
- Be sure to constantly stir and ensure that ost if not all of the cheese is melted before adding the next batch
- Serve very warm with crackers, pretzels, or bread
