For the Chocolate;
1 cup of heavy whipped cream
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1 cup of chocolate stout
2 tablespoons of sugar
For The Whipped Cream
1 cup of heavy cream
1/3 cup of powered sugar
2 tablespoons of stout
In a pan, add milk, chocolate chips and cream, stir until melted about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in stout. Taste test for the amount of sweetness you desire, add 2 tablespoons of sugar for a higher level of sweetness.
Return to the heat to reach a temperature between 140-160
To make the whipped cream; add all the whip cream ingredients to a mixer and whip on high until you get soft peaks, usually about 3 minutes.
Serve Hot Chocolate with whipped Cream and enjoy your adult Hot Chocolate!
